Extract parameter data from selected elements for external analysis or validation. Exports to CSV or JSON with full control over which parameters to include.

Export Selected
When you need to analyze element data outside of Revit -- for QA checks in Excel, data validation scripts, or feeding into external tools -- this tool gets the data out quickly. Select elements in the model, then click Export Selected to extract their parameter data into a CSV or JSON file. A dialog lets you choose which parameters to include in the export.
How to use:
- Select elements in the model (any mix of categories)
- Click Export Selected
- Choose output format: CSV or JSON
- Select which parameters to include (checkboxes for each)
- Choose a save location
- Click Export
The exported file includes one row per element with columns for each selected parameter. Useful for data validation, external analysis, or feeding into other tools.
