Terms of Service

• "Pyvoid" refers to the Pyvoid software extension, including all tools, features, updates, and documentation.
• "Service" refers to the Pyvoid extension, the website at pyvoid.com, user accounts, and any related services we provide.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, whether on a Free, Pro, or Enterprise tier.
• "Revit Model" refers to any Autodesk Revit project file that the User opens, modifies, or analyzes using Pyvoid.
• "Premium Tools" refers to advanced features subject to usage limits on the Free tier.

By installing, accessing, or using Pyvoid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Pyvoid on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use Pyvoid.

Certain features of Pyvoid require a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with prior notice where practicable.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pyvoid in connection with your licensed copy of Autodesk Revit for your internal business or personal purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Pyvoid software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Pyvoid
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, or lend Pyvoid to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on Pyvoid
• Use Pyvoid in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

Your use of Pyvoid is also subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the software license in further detail.

Pyvoid is available in three tiers:

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access to paid features after a reasonable grace period. Your Free tier access will remain available.

You agree not to use Pyvoid to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or access controls
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means without our consent
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account.

Pyvoid, including its source code, design, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Figure Ground NYC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

You retain all rights to your Revit models and project data. Pyvoid does not claim any ownership or license over the content you create or process using the Service.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Pyvoid may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you, to improve the Service.

Pyvoid operates primarily as a local Revit extension. Your Revit model data is processed on your machine and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a feature that requires cloud connectivity.

We collect limited telemetry data (such as tool usage frequency and error reports) to improve the Service. This data does not include the content of your Revit models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

For Enterprise customers, data handling, retention, and processing terms may be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement.

We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Support is provided based on your subscription tier:

• Free: Community support
• Pro: Priority support via email
• Enterprise: Dedicated support with SLA

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Pyvoid will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. Pyvoid interacts with Autodesk Revit, a third-party application, and we are not responsible for issues arising from Revit updates, API changes, or incompatibilities outside our control.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your Revit models and project data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Figure Ground NYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Figure Ground NYC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you process through the Service

You may stop using Pyvoid and close your account at any time. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

Upon termination, your license to use Pyvoid ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account or displaying a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of Pyvoid after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

• Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Figure Ground NYC regarding the Service.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
