Get schedule data out of Revit for external analysis, sharing, or archiving. Exports one or more schedules to individual CSV files with proper column headers.
Export Schedules To CSV
When you need schedule data in a spreadsheet for analysis, coordination, or archival -- such as door hardware schedules for the hardware consultant, or room data for the interior designer -- this tool exports it cleanly. Select one or more schedules from the project, choose an output folder, and each schedule is saved as a separate CSV file with proper column headers, ready to open in Excel or import into other tools.
Shift+Click and Settings
Shift+Click on Export Schedules to CSV opens the Settings Hub to its Export page. Previously, Shift+Click surfaced an inline configuration dialog for destination folder, header toggle, and "open after export"; those options now live under Settings Hub -> Export -> Export Schedules to CSV so they persist across sessions.
