ROI Center consolidates the former ROI Calculator, ROI Tracker, and Team Adoption surfaces into one modeless window. It keeps the same underlying analytics modules, but removes the need to open multiple tools and cross-reference them manually.

Calculator

Model projected value using team size, labor rate, subscription cost, adoption rate, presets, saved scenarios, and sensitivity analysis.

Dashboard

Review actual savings with KPI cards, daily trend data, category breakdowns, and top-tool rankings for the selected period.

Savings

Inspect stacked category trends, milestone progress, annualized projection gauges, and the payoff timeline.

Adoption

See the adoption funnel, usage heatmap, discovery rate, breadth, and never-used tools.

Team

Review team adoption profiles, category gaps, recommendations, blind spots, project activity, and the team multiplier summary.

How To Use

1. Open ROI Center from the Settings panel.
2. Start on Calculator for projections that do not require telemetry consent.
3. Switch to Dashboard, Savings, Adoption, or Team to load actual telemetry-backed views.
4. Use the period selector on analytics tabs to switch between session, day, week, month, and lifetime.
5. Click the gear icon to update ROI assumptions, telemetry retention, team export paths, or clear/export local metrics.

Notes

• The window is modeless, so you can keep it open while working in Revit.
• Calculator scenarios are persisted in the existing roi_calculator config namespace.
• Savings and adoption views reuse the existing ROI telemetry store and respect the telemetry consent flow.
• Team analytics depend on configured network/team export paths.
