Assess your model's health at a glance and catch regressions before they compound. ReViewer is the central command center for tracking project health over time. It aggregates the most diagnostically useful metrics into a single dashboard view, stores historical data across sessions, and surfaces trends that would be invisible from any single snapshot. Open ReViewer at the start of each work session to establish a baseline, then again before submitting deliverables to confirm the model is in a healthy state.
Metrics Tracked
ReViewer collects and displays the following categories of data on each run:

Trend Tracking
Each audit result is stored with a timestamp. ReViewer displays sparkline trends next to each metric so you can see whether values are improving or worsening over time. A file that grows 50 MB between sessions warrants investigation; a warning count that decreases week-over-week signals effective remediation work. Trend data persists between Revit sessions and survives model reloads.
Interpreting Results
Metrics are color-coded relative to healthy thresholds:
- Green: Within acceptable limits for a model of this scale
- Yellow: Approaching a threshold that warrants attention
- Red: Exceeding the threshold -- take action before next milestone
Thresholds are not one-size-fits-all. A 500-family model may be appropriate for a large institutional project but alarming for a small tenant improvement. Use the trend data and your own project context to judge what the numbers mean.
Typical Workflow
- Open ReViewer at the start of a work session.
- Review each metric category and note any changes from the previous audit.
- Click a metric to drill into its detail view (where available).
- Export the audit report to CSV or share a summary with the project team.
- Use the links in the detail view to open the corresponding tool (for example, open Warning Center from the warnings row).
Exporting Results
Click Export in the toolbar to write the current audit snapshot to a CSV file. The export includes all metric values, deltas from the previous audit, and the timestamp. Use exported reports for QA/QC documentation or to include in project delivery packages.
Integration With Other Tools
ReViewer acts as a navigation hub. Each metric row includes a shortcut link that opens the corresponding specialized tool. The warnings row links to Warning Center, the family proliferation row links to Type Swap, and the proxy element count row links to Proxy Analyzer. This workflow keeps you oriented while moving between diagnostic tools.
